We will build and maintain relationships with various vendors to ensure access to reliable and high-quality services.
We will scout and recommend suitable venues based on the clients's preferences and event requirements. Negotiate contracts with venues and other vendors
Logistics & Coordination
We will Oversee logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and set-up. Coordinate with various vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment.
Gather feedback from clients, vendors, and participants. We will evaluate the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
