Event Coordinator - Level 1

Service Description

ON-SITE This service is for events for 200 guests or less. I will become your event coordinator on the day of your event. I will manage all communications that need to happen with attendees, vendors, and the Venue Owner/manager. I will go over your plan and provide my professional advice, and make sure all parties involved have the necessary information to be successful. I will be available to handle any problems that need solutions/Emergencies I will make sure everything is on schedule according to your event plan.
